Thanks, but one error was that I misspelt 'Kameruka' as in the eponymous cheese. (I'd never heard of it until today: certainly isn't a brand ever seen in Melbourne).
While I've been to Bega a couple of times, I didn't know of this local brand. As you have pointed out, its history as a cooperative means BGA still has many 'local' holders as in residents of the far south coast of NSW in towns like Bega, Eden and Merimbula.
