Yes it's named after the little estate between Bega and Candelo. I can remember going there for local markets prior to the markets moving to Candelo as a kid. I think the Moffit family still own it.
The Bega Cheese Factory used to have a lot of exquisite cheeses over the years such as port wine flavour but now mainly just has the main Bega brands of Tasty, Strong and Bitey etc. i'm not sure if the Heritage center is even back open post covid
