I like Andreas analogue used in the AGM to answer the questions on why the delay in clinical or pilots results or adaption of XV technology NOW... "when the firefighting station is on fire, you dont try to install a new sprinkler system, you put the fire out first", this is related to hospitals battling COVID cases and to save lives.....
