@dantdm2017 recoveries have been soft which is largely a direct result of COVID lockdowns & clients being unwilling to pursue enforcement action. The December quarter will be another soft quarter however I'm expecting a sharp turnaround in the March '22 quarter and beyond. I believe CLH's more customer centric approach will be the right strategy in the longer term but there is no doubt that it has been exploited during this pandemic impacted period. The client book is growing and this will be reflected in increased revenue, but that is unlikely to be until the new year.
