I would have liked it if they had been very clear about their intentions for the ‘rebalancing’. For example, if the full year dividend is 60 cents we intend to be aiming to eventually pay two equal dividends. At this stage based on current earnings forecasts, we are planning to pay a dividend of at least $0.20 in March.
But there was not that level of clarity from management. This is the main problem I have with management. They are not great salespeople, and it explains the difference between NAV and SP.
It remains excellent value buying though IMO. I’m tempted to sell down some speculative shares and buy more PAC. DYOR
