One of the reasons there is a difference between NAV and PAC share price is the approx $12M in net overheads of PAC management that detracts from the the boutique revenues to PAC before tax. This could amount to $2.5 in share price. This could improve this year if PAC management earn some fees from assisting in fundraising,which looks likely.
PNIs managements overheads are almost covered in full from fundraising and marking assistant among other revenue streams from their boutiques.
