they wont get full subscription, although they also got 10mil further loan for working capital.. in fact i suspect they might have poor uptake of the CR given theres no free options.. if the SP drops to the CR price they will struggle to get much uptake at all. SD can only match uptake pro rata. I smell a dogs dinner coming of it TBH
