the offer will be flatly rejected, they kncoked back a bigger offer all cash just for coolgardie, where will Theta get the monmey to start 2 mine projects.. more dilution.. its way too low for SD to take.. needs to be at least double at a starting point.. after that i dont know where SD might think is starting to look good for them, they need 5x the offer to break even + the loans implications
