Yeh I know, but that point would be the case with any contract negotiation with large businesses. Has to go through all their internal governance checks. Clearly, the project has advanced to a point where the company management is confident PWN can develop something beneficial to them. They aren't going to waste the boards time unless they see the value in it.
We've been hanging out for some details on this for ages now, and I'm happy to see something. Albeit, understanding that it could be months for us to hear about whether the feasibility funding gets approved and that it may fall through altogether. I also think that Bahay giving this information shows he is confident that it will progress. He wouldn't want to communicate this to the market and then have to say it fell through as that would hurt the SP. If he wasn't confident, I imagine he wouldn't have thrown us that little bread crumb. Just my 2c anyway
