For clarity re the above, CEO Mr Robert Kelly is on the record stating that he won't retire before (at least) December 2023, at which time IIRC he'll be 75.
No one is irreplaceable. The skills he's developed and his obvious business acumen will however make his shoes challenging to fill. a subject that investors may approach with a degree of trepidation.
Today's comment about 'emergency measures...in place' was the first time in ages I've heard a company Chairman overtly, if briefly, discuss such a topic, but then they can, since as we all know, only Australian politicians are immortal. Sadly with the latter group some give the impression they truly believe they are as they swagger around.
