Item 5: Potential return of capital to shareholdersTo consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an ordinary resolution:“That approval is given for the purposes of Part 2J.1 of the Corporations Act and for all other purposes for the Company to reduce its share capital by up to $3 billion by way of an equal capital reduction, on the terms described in the Explanatory Notes accompanying this Notice of Meeting.”
