    Yes, a few unknowns since they say “up to $3B”.


    Back of the envelope calculation (plz say if you see errors):

    Market Cap / share price = number of shares

    $6.84B / $6.06 = 1.103B shares

    Cap. Return / share = $3B / 1.103B

    = $2.72 per share approx.

    I guess that would be the upper end of liklihoods.
