Gan_Gans, take a look at page 5, 2020 annual report.
My understanding is that it's pretty clear cut that they do have the OA patents.
I'm certainly not an audit/accounting expert here, but I believe the respiratory patent received a specific mention in 2021 report due to the *less than ideal* trial results, and Paradigm needing to specify how they are handling it from a valuation perspective.
