As an experienced investor, could you expand on how announcing the employee incentive scheme “clears the decks” for announcing the juicy stuff?
How does this clear the decks? Why was ithis announcement considered to be cluttering the decks in the first place? Was the incentive scheme an impediment to juicy announcements?
What is the time frame between deck clearing and juicy stuff announcements? Can the decks be re-cluttered and how long would this take? And, if so, do the decks need to re-cleared by other miscellaneous announcements before juice can be released again?
