Directors dipping into their wallets and buying a parcel of shares on-market would give shareholders some seriously needed confidence and help stabilize the share price. Thats not too much to ask surely. It cannot in my view be argued they are in possession of market-sensitive information ( which would preclude them from buying) since if there is market sensitive information they are aware of, then by definition such information should need to be already released in an announcement
