Everyone on this forum want the same thing here - The share price to go up - I really don't understand the bickering. There are no 'downrampers'.

What is being discussed, constructively, is what can be done to improve the company and whether there should be changes to SPA leadership, which is being discussed both publicly (here) and privately amongst shareholders.

SPA seem to be addressing these concerns - see page 16:

Ultimately, shareholders elect the board of directors to work in our best interests:

So it is our job, as shareholders, to hold them to it. For me, the test for maximising profits for shareholders can be measured by what I said at the start of this post:
