I get what you're saying and agree, as I said, in there being risks in the chairman expressing personal opinions. I'm watching out for future plans and how they deliver, and that's what I'll judge them on. Look at previous annual reports and you'll see the focus was on operational performance with no personal opinions, and I expect we're going back to that type of report if we're mining next year.
