I’m just making observations here, but the low volumes that are typically traded are quite obviously smaller retail parcel moving around. Distribution to almost 3 times as many “1001-5000” share holding holders, up to more than 1100 or 40% of total “holders” having less than 5000 shares!
Nice to see reasonable increase in holdings of over 100,000 shares but hard to tell how many are holding slightly above 10,000 or slightly below 100,000.

Quick analysis indicates:

· Largest private shareholder Rosewood Engineering no change

· Stuart Douglas (Executive Director) added ~3Million shares through Innovyz. This appears to have involved moving his “Kimberley Douglas & Stuart Douglas” holdings into the newly named “Stuart Douglas / Innovyz Investments” holding.

· Philip Cawood sold ~2Mil shares

· PAC Partners sold 600k shares

· Peter Hendry sold almost 1M

· Merril Lynch sold more than half (over 1M) and possibly all as moved out of Top 20

· Jomaho Investments (who I can’t find much detail of) moved into Top 20

· Very little change of other previous Top 20

· I’m still well short of Top 20 status despite trying my best on the dips!

Be interesting start to next year. Over85Million shares in escrow until mid-December 2021. I wonder which of these 3holders will sell to add some liquidity to the market?



If the answer is none of them, the low number of outstanding / issued shares, being about 117Million, and 103Million of those being held by the Top 20 could create some interesting daily price movements as the various new announcements roll out.
