Agree with this 100%. Karl is like a gambler who’s losing money and just keeps borrowing to offset his losses because he’s knows he can’t raise the cash off his family. Can’t grow ARR organically? Borrow more money and do an acquisition. Employ more people. Spend more money. The sooner Karl is removed the sooner the SP recovers. It’s getting hammered right now beyond all repair. It’s a joke and I’m close to cutting my losses and getting out.
