tassie this may be loss aversion. There are no easy answers turning this ship. They just cannot acquire customers cost effectively so value will continue to decline. No reason it will miraculously change unless they come up with some kind of rabbit. In your heart of hearts you know what you should do.
Agree, it won’t end up in administration, most likely result is MSFT acquiring it for cents in the dollar and using the MSFT sales juggernaut to extract value from it. Probably the main reason why clients have not yet jump ship (but likely one of the reasons why it is so hard to acquire customers)
