I believed they mentioned they would be hiring external sales teams and paying them on performance and concrete leads rather than an annual set fee. Their Simon webinar seemed to have been a really good marketing stunt with 500 good leads from what they said. I dont mind if they have 5 or 6 similar events which cost very very little as we saw with the 1mil marketing costs but managed to get 500 leads.

They should go after the really big boys like walmart in america and with their millions of workers. The reach product would be great for them.
