Speaking with people recently let go always bear risk in that you may come across a disgruntled employee who were underperforming themselves and are happy to talk ill of the ex-employer, though I'm sure you already am aware of that(!) Maybe Judith is hiring herself and she's taking a different perspective as to who she wants vs. the existing crew which was managed by the ex-US head? Honestly just spit balling here, it could be that I'm giving the company too much rope. Sales team churn in any case is disruptive to momentum.
