You need to check the facts. Only one director has been on the Board since inception, all the other directors joined 2015 or later.
Nevertheless, many of the seed shareholders are still on the register and therefore must be confident of the success of the project.
There has never been a payment to directors for 10 years of accumulated services, but directors have been paid by way of shares in lieu of cash, at various times, all issued at a premium to the then prevailing latest equity raising cash price. All these issues to directors had ASIC approval prior to taking the proposed issue to directors, to shareholders for approval.
All expenses reimbursed via share allocations were issued at the prevailing cash equity issue price. Never were shares allocated or expenses reimbursed at half the issue price at listing. Check the prospectus!
