You are entitled to your opinion of course but the accuracy statement is not mine and I gave a link to the source.
Any reasonably enlightened person understands that a feasibility study is a set of estimates for future activity and as such must necessarily carry a degree of uncertainty. The level of uncertainty depends on the extent of research undertaken but nevertheless is always present.
