Was it case around the time of RIO's increase in budget for Citadel with AZY throttling their potential back to 65%, and given it will go ahead as it seems almost a foregone conclusion, that one could expect RIO is under pressure to bid for total control of the project?
Does RIO have other mining operations with JV partners holding less than 100% ?
