No ive left tax out on purpose and put an arbitrary estimate. I can't reconcile how this entity is taxed under u.s and Australian law. You will notice their tax expense was only 18million for the 3 month period, which is significantly lower than the 27% tax rate I would assume. As an investor you can just put a 30% or 15% tax rate on your distribution depending in your status and get the same result. No franking obviously.
Happy for any feedback on this as I can't figure out how to reconcile accurately.
