Company Secretary

Telix Pharma is growing and we are hiring a Company Secretary reporting to our Chief Governance and Risk Officer (who has previously been holding both accountabilities). The Company Secretary is accountable for all company secretarial functions of Telix Pharmaceuticals and all subsidiaries of the Telix Group.

The position works closely with the Telix Global Leadership Team, Board of Directors, and the Chairman on all matters related to corporate governance including compliance with the Corporations Act, matters of disclosure, and leading operations for the smooth running of Board and Committee meetings.

Preparation and submission of statutory reporting documents and planning and execution of the Companies AGM and EGM are also key duties of the position, including all internal and external stakeholder management. The position also maintains Company registers, corporate filings, and the share registry.

This position is an opportunity for an experienced operator to take themselves to the next level in an ASX-listed, dynamic and fast-growing biopharmaceutical company headquartered in Melbourne.

You have at least 10 years of relevant experience within a listed company and commercial environment and a relevant University Degree. You have a strong understanding of governance principals and corporate statutory obligations under the Corporations Act 2001 and ASX Listing Rules. You have knowledge and passion for ESG matters and know how to frame key governance issues around this to engage collaborators.
