The FDV SP fall is in line with the SP fall of its potential suitor Naspers/Prosus.
The further Naspers//Prosus falls, the less likely a takeover for all or parts of FDV is likely.
Which is what short term investors were hoping I suppose.
For long term investors, FDV is profitable and its divisions will continue to grow their revenue and margins.
Not losing sleep on that one.
