You clearly don't realise how tragic this scenario is for EOS shareholders in Australia.
Because we can't receive shares we will be given a capital return in cash that reflects the capital value being transferred from EOS to Spacelink, and therefore out of our ownership. The capital value will be expressed as a proportion of the company's total capital value because obviously that capital value can't be greater than the company's total worth. We shareholders will therefore receive a proportion of the current EOS share price, and will be excluded from any subsequent increase in Spacelink's value and any share in future profits.
Even in the first tranche Spacelink will be worth more than the current market capitalisation of EOS, yet we will receive only a fraction of that value.
