Group Mineral Resource and Ore Reserve Statement

Aurelia Metals Limited (“Aurelia” or the “Company” or the “Group”) is pleased to report the Group’s
annual Mineral Resource and Ore Reserve statement for its 100% owned Peak, Hera and Dargues
Mines, along with Mineral Resource Estimates (MREs) for its fully owned Federation deposit and 95%
owned Nymagee Project in New South Wales (NSW).
The Mineral Resource and Ore Reserve estimates are reported in accordance with the guidelines of
the 2012 Edition of the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources
and Ore Reserves ('“JORC Code 2012”). Estimates are reported as at 30 June 2021.
Group Mineral Resource and Ore Reserve estimates are presented in Table 1 and Table 2. Estimates
for each mine and deposit are summarised in Table 3 to Table 12.
