I have been a long term holder and disappointed also but there comes a point where the SP/market cap becomes undervalued I will be averaging down. I have had worse companies that were close to collapse like Elders that are flying now.
The one thing I am not happy with and mentioned is a management change. This alone would probably double our SP if the right CEO was found.
