Lots has changed since 1970 & 2017, redtape & regulations around safety has increaed many folds.. This wont be easy to fight off as there are 4 employees knew site was unsafe but nothing was done.. Just will need take a slap on the arm & move on... It will go down as biggest fines of that sort in Australian history if proven which seeme highly likely...
