So, an EV/EBITDA of 0.7x and EV/EBI Tof 1.0x.
Of course, there are these not-so-small contingent matters (~$350m worth) to contemplate:

But hey, these are probably ambit claims (which, from experience, always settle at lower levels), so even if the company has to write cheques for as much as half of the aggregate amounts of those claims, it would still be trading on undemanding EV/EBITDA of 3.1x and EV/EBIT of 4.3x
