Perhaps it is UBS that is doing the dumping to trigger the GP slide. Previously they had been saying that GP will slide lower! 20M oz of gold ($36B) was mentioned as leaving the ETF i.e. perhaps being a bit dramatic to trigger selling by the general market.
More downside is likely for gold, says UBS Global (cnbc.com)
Anyway lets hope that buyers will step in to take advantage of the dip and that may trigger covering of shorts.
