Kevin Rumble and I have never been what you would call mates and have never socialised if that's what you mean.
Though I have previously done business with him a very long time ago (Late 1980's) and I personally assisted him to raise capital before the company was floated. Former associates is a more apt description.
In relation to BGT I have a very strong respect for and I know very well what he's done to bring BGT to fruition and to bring it to the market. His understanding of it all is second to none.
As I've said before he doesn't suffer fools and he will hold the members of the board accountable and make sure they act in the best interest of the company and it's shareholders.
