Invocare appears to me as if they thought money was free forever and customer growth was through acquisitions via bidding wars fuelled by debt. To keep investors onboard they paid the dividends, financed by debt rather than excess capital.

I was planning to offload at $12 but got busy, re-evaluating what I am expected mid term for this lack lustre pile of squandered opportunity.
