Negative, they have declining wells and no financing. No loans, no capital raising either, last one was a failure, next one at 0.001 will be a failure too and existing shareholders wipe out. Only chance is to sell Warro but no news on that front for years. Company doomed for slow death, higher oil prices only postpone the inevitable.
