truth is, the problematic board members already expunged themselves a year or so ago.
what beggars belief, is that the wholly owned operating entity in Canada, went down with $17M in debt...to largely third party creditors, except one which was WBE ($1.6M debt)...with so many accountants on this board...how come no one can tell us what happened to the $17M+ they raised if it did not go to paying for the creditors? and what happened to the oil revenue between 2019 and 2021...
i wonder who owns the equipment they are currently renting, the stuff Messina told us they had bought - whoever is collecting the rent (related party?) must be doing well?
