~A$14m to come on FDA acceptance of the NDA. With 60 days provided for FDA decision on whether to accept an NDA for review, that means September, if the NDA is submitted in July.
The second payment of ~A$55m is due on first sale of trofinetide. If Acadia moves with the same speed as they did with pimavanserin, that could occur as early as 1 to 2 months of FDA approval.
