No one can understand the market.
Me included. ( unfortunately )
However if a company is sound with strong fundamentals it will always go North over time.
Usually the rise will happen on days when it should go down and the fall will happen on days it should go up.
I buy fundamentality strong companies knowing full well I will be working for the rest of my life.
Occasionally one of them will spike.
I sell the profit and buy an other strong company.
That's the only way I have been able to make money or sense from the ASX.
But it takes a long time to get on top and I go back to work every day.
As the age old saying goes,
Life gets tedious don't it.
But its a hell of a lot better (life) than the alternative even on the days when the market does not do what we think it should.
This stock is a buy and hold.
