DVR really have to hit their FY23 'guidance' if you can call it that ie relatively flat FY otherwise management's credibility is going to take a further hit
I disagree with them paying 5x EBITDA for private businesses when their own stock can barely reach that multiple, regardless of the synergies they think may flow
