The market value of $18 per share was crazy on the back of a covid boosted year (for minelab anyway)... as if them good times would keep rolling on. If a heap of people buy detectors this year, then that's a heap of people that won't be buying detectors in the next two years
The comms side of the business is boring, but that's where you'll find an A grade business, stable growth, good margins steady as she goes. The detection business is volatile and batshit crazy... it's a sideshow
