It does appear to be a good buy at this price.
Specially for existing holders who have collected dividends as their cost basis would be lower.
I'd like to buy more, but my portfolio weighting doesn't allow for it.
I wish that they do a combination of buy backs and dividends.
Interestingly there haven't been any on market insider trades yet. If they buy, then the signal becomes even clearer!
