I think they are valuing the fab at the purchase value which IMO...

    I think they are valuing the fab at the purchase value which IMO is prudent. They then need to depreciate that and other assets over the life of those assets - that doesn't mean that those written down assets are of no value but they may not valued highly on the books but are still productive (particularly if they have been modified to be RPCVD/MOCVD assets,
