SGR's property is essentially worth its current share cap.
Their debt is equity, nearly all of the debt was to build QWF (they own 50%) of it. As soon as Queens Wharf opens this equity will start adding to revenue. If Needed TSEG can always build capital through sell and lease back strategies.
Their Group revenue is up pre covid. QLD is booming.
40c share price is a stupid suggestion. I'm guessing CBRmaroon is in this thread. I have them on ignore.
