I bailed on PEN a few years ago. Back on with this news and price decline looking to tempting to pass up.

PEN has always been a good story. The 2022 AGM Presentation "First uranium production in CY2023 to be delivered into existing offtake contracts in Q4 CY2023" and the silly in hindsite reason I bailed out. PEN stashing cheap U308

The offtake agreement shown in past years met with PEN buying cheap spot U308 and selling it at over $50 had me smiling years ago. Assuming safely that the "offtake agreements" have not declined the DFS has $63-65 !!! AIC 45.74 gives a nice return IF they stick to the time line! Q4 CY2023 cash sounds a reasonable expectation.
