    Delorean should stop worrying about ESG frameworks and start executing on their business model.

    The past year has been a total embarrassment, far from their IPO vision.

    Hopeless cap raise through a misaligned broker, overbudget and delayed projects, exit from their retail division.

    Not to mention an underlying FY loss and a share price on the ropes.
