Do you read what they are sending out in both the voting form and the supporting materials?
It does not make sense at best. At worst, it is misleading.

I am not saying take my word, I am saying there are things to consider and i am sharing what i find.

I also think it would have been more appropriate to both remind shareholders to VOTE and about the webinar and do that on Friday.

"The Chair intends to vote all undirected proxies in favour of this Resolution"

So if you don't agree with the Chair, lack of action means you are actually will agree with the chair.

The very best outcome is that every shareholder votes. So, I am simply saying, it would have been more beneficial to shareholders to remind them to vote.. But, they pushed the reminder out as the online voting closed and just wonder if it was a deliberate decision,.

Anyway... Give it some thought like i did. Maybe you do trust this leadership more than I do. Hey, looks like you have been around longer.. But from what I have been reading, it is sure going to take some convincing to turn my opinion around.
