They declared a dividend at the same time when they announced their annual financial report last year but did not do the same this time. Does that suggest no Dividend?
Not sure about how they define “ Excess Cash held at the end of that Financial Year”. As of 31 Dec 22 Cash and cash equivalents of 53.45 mil is greater than their current liability of 42.38 mil. One would’ve thought there was excess Cash Held.
