anyone able to attend meeting yesterday? reading the presentation there a lot of words that talk to doing something but not a lot of depth. motherhood apart from reiterating the cost savings. more a pitch pack between the speech and presentation.....I'd really like to see something more concrete.
Asia appears to be a bit more details to come.
As aside - I found the COA very mislead - global cost of acquisition is $13 but half their customers in Indonesia with average balance far below that. this is where cost control has gotten out of hand!
